RENTAL ASSISTANCE – Yes, available through Clinton County Housing Assistance.
RENT – 30% of income when subsidy is received.
TYPE – Flats, Four apartments for each building. 3 buildings (one building has 3 apartments and community room and office).
UTILITY ALLOWANCE – Yes.
UTILITIES – Electric ‑ individually metered for each apartment- Paid by resident. A utility allowance is given to tenants to help offset the average cost of all apartments.
WATER & SEPTIC – Paid by owner.
TELEPHONE – Pre‑wired in apartments.
CABLE TV & WiFi – Low-cost WiFi and cable services.
HEATING – Electric baseboard with thermostats.
