emergency home repair fund (ehrf)

We provide an Emergency Home Repair Fund for single-family homeowners in Clinton County. This is 100% funded by donations from local businesses, the community, or anyone willing to contribute. This fund may be used for a limited, one-time home emergency repair. These emergencies may include, but are not limited to, repairs to a heating system, plumbing issue, or an electrical problem.

To Qualify for Emergency Funds:

  1. The recipient must own and reside in the house.

  2. The recipient must meet the income eligibility guidelines.

  3. The recipient must show proof of income

  4. The recipient must show proof of home ownership
